I would've had this in sooner if I hadn't switched characters halfway through! Had to rewrite/redraw everything :V

Anyhoo... it's almost 4 am as I upload this, so no guarantees my writings will be from the sanest mind.

This is my character for , my very first OC tourney, for which I'm incredibly excited, and insanely nervous o3o I dunno if Jessi is really the typical kind of character one finds in these things, so I have no idea how she'll be welcomed into the world of OCT's. I'm really excited to use her though so here's hoping for the best!

Occupation: D-COM trainee

Personality: It takes a sound and sturdy mind to control an omnimorph via gauntlet, and Jessi's certainly no expection to that. She's rather strong willed and stubborn, not a bad personality trait when dealing with equally strong willed Quilldogs. She's quite the extrovert, and loves being around people. Her emotions are hardly secret and she can have the tendancy to be very open about her thoughts and opinions. Jessi is great company though, and likes to stay upbeat about things. Her bold personality translates into her D-COM life as well, she's always itching for some action and likes the more intense duties being a D-COM trainee can provide.
Being strong willed has it's drawbacks however, sometimes she doesn't think through situations rationally enough, and is more insitent on just being the one who wins the argument/battle/etc. Also, getting too riled up can confuse Tank, since her commands via the gauntlet aren't as clear.

Background: Jessi grew up very close to the outdoors, and has also been around Quilldogs her entire life. Her dad trains standard Quilldogs for hunting use, so she assisted with many of those duties from an early age. Because of this familiarity with Quilldogs she was easily accepted into D-COM's early training academy.

Strengths: Gauntlet and Exo-Boots are very strong, meaning a kick or punch from those would hurt quite a bit. They aren't indestructable though, enough abuse can break them. She's also worn them enough that they don't hinder her movement in any way.

Weaknesses: Still just an average human.

-Sometimes wears a hoodie under her jacket, one which the left sleeve is cut off.

Info: Quilldogs are a rather versatile breed, being used mostly for tasks such as hunting and tracking.

Personality: Tank is like a big puppy most of the time. Since he's still young this isn't surprising, and his personality fits with Jessi perfectly. She babies him a lot, but Jessi isn't ignorant to proper training techniques and will correct any unwanted behavior the moment she spots it. Tank will try and snuggle into someones lap if he can, but mostly just his head fits. Very loyal, he follows Jessi wherever she goes. Good raising has made him pretty much bomb proof, meaning he won't freak out over loud noises or anything else that might spook other Quilldogs. He's also been trained well to both indoor and outdoor manners, so although he's a huge fuzzy dog-thing, if he's indoors he won't be any danger to all the fine china. He'll just sit out of the way until he's needed.

Strengths: Extremely tough body. Bullet-proof to a certain degree, the larger the caliber the harder it hurts. Immune to poisons and acids to a degree.

Weaknesses: Somewhat slow and cumbersome in certain situations. Can be slow responding to orders. His default attack style is a sort of savage melee mode so don't expect any precision techniques. Jessi is the tactics part of the duo, Tank is the muscle.


Duo's Fighting Style: There's several different methods Jessi will use in different situations. Sometimes she'll stand back and guide Tank in to the do the dirty work. Other times she'll join in and cling on to his back in various ways, this is her favorite method if some chasing or following in involved. Other times Jessi will use the advantage of being a pair to surround or corner an enemy.
