This is another character, like Green Tea, that doesn't really belong to anything but it just lots of fun to draw. I've been wanted to do some more Camelot pics, but just didn't have a good enough excuse. Finally came up with the "I just like pencils dangit" reason and dived on in.
He is somewhat dinosaur inspired, and just uber fun to draw all around. :)

This was also a major experiment with shading and shadows, I've really been trying to push my overall light and dark tones to make more dynamic pieces.

Wow, something about the shading on the wings really catches my eye.

I also like how the wing bone structure is more like a bird and less like a bat.

that's awesome!! i love the plate things, they are an awesome design. and the wings, i like the claws on the end! they really suit the rest of it!!
the only thing is the legs look a little odd, proportionally it -seems- that they should be a little longer. but it could just be the deign :shrug: i'm not sure.
How big is this? just out of curiousity.
